Managing Your AIA Membership
Note: About 80% of our member communications occurs electronically. If you are not receiving regular email communications, please check your member contact data and correct any out-of-date information. We want to provide every service possible most economically and efficiently.

To most effectively communicate with our members and customers, we appreciate your most current information as it becomes available.
To update your contact information, please begin at our web site (AIA) and choose the "Sign-In" link located in the upper right-hand corner. Here, you will be prompted for your e-mail address and password (both associated with your membership).
After you have logged in successfully, please select, at the bottom of the page, "For Members." Next, scroll down 2/3 of the way down the page and choose "Update Your Membership Information."
Or, you may email the updated information to infocentral@aia.org.
Please note, all mail may take up to 30 days to reflect the changes that you submit online or provide to an Information Central Associate by phone.

 Need to renew your AIA Membership online for 2010?
 Login to the AIA National site with your membership info. You can recover your password on that page as well. AIA also provides a step-by-step guide to renewing your membership  .
Want to check your AIA Continuing Education credits? Visit the CE site
AIA requires your member number to look up your transcript. Call 1-800-605-8229 to receive a faxed copy of your transcript. Transcript requests are available routinely Monday-Friday, 8:30am- 6:00pm EST via phone.
Need to change your Architectural Record subscription? Call National's Information Central
Contact AIA at 1-800-242-3837, option 2. Information Central Associates are available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-6:00pm EST
